Get your head in the game for some fantastic singing! Start the night off with São João Bruto Rosé which boasts an intoxicatingly lovely perfume with yeast notes, a palate of light red berries, and a tart finish! Delicious singing is coming your way!
L’amour est un oiseau rebelle - Carmen, Bizet
Votre toast - Carmen, Bizet
Hello! Oh, Margaret, it’s you… - The Telephone, Menotti
Nessun Dorma - Turandot, Puccini
Immerse yourself in a bouquet of beauty! Our next set (which includes the famous Flower Duet) pairs perfectly with the clean florals, grapefruit pith, and palate of medium bodied cherry and tart plum fruit notes of Raul Perez “Ultreia St-Jacques” Mencía Bierzo.
Ah si ben mio… Di quella pira - Trovatore, Verdi
Flower Duet - Lakmé, Delibes
O Mimi tu più non torni - La bohème, Puccini
The next four arias contain emotional depth, drama, and passion not unlike the Marqués de Cáceres Rioja Excellens Cuvee Especial. While first presenting with nutty notes on the nose, your experience will quickly take a darker turn with a palate of dark plum and blackberry fruit, firm tannins, and a light smoke on the finish. Quite an operatic journey if we do say so ourselves!
Caro nome - Rigoletto, Verdi
Per questa infiamma indomita - Anna Bolena, Donizetti
Ah, per sempre - I puritani, Bellini
Verrano a te sull’aure - Lucia di Lammermoor, Donizetti
A little of everything to close out the evening! Our musical selections are both entertaining and satisfying, just like the Tikal Patriota Malbec-Bonarda. This last selection is a biodynamic wine that has purple-red fruit aromatics with whispers of sweet vanilla, a palate of vibrant blue-black-purple fruit, and a finish of tannins.
Poisoning Pigeons in the Park - Tom Lehrer
Someone to watch over me - George & Ira Gerswhin
Some enchanted evening - South Pacific, Rogers & Hammerstein
Bring him home - Les Misérables, Schönberg & Kretzmer
