 After the open bar cocktail hour and musical preview, step into another room of the Engineers Club to experience an elegant five-course dinner with wine pairings and live entertainment. During the Aria Auction, bid on your favorite artist to sing your selected song in between each course . Marvel at the beautiful surroundings and enjoy wonderful company!

The Menu

First Course: Gingered Carrot Soup --- with Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, Gewürztraminer

Second Course: Heirloom Tomato Salad: with fennel, haricot verts, and fresh greens topped with shaved parmesan cheese and an herbal vinaigrette --- with Segura Viudas Aria Brut

Third Course: Fresh Grouper seared with an orange glaze, served with wild grain rice and asparagus --- with Marchesi di Barolo Gavi di Gavi

Fourth Course: Beef Tenderloin ‘Blue Vinny’ with scalloped red potatoes and baby vegetables ---  with Taken Red Blend Napa Valley

Dessert: Tuxedo cake with layered chocolate mousse, tea --- with Freshly Roasted Coffee by J Austin Bitner
